FITNESS CLASSES
SEPTEMBER 10 – NOVEMBER 12
MEN & WOMEN – OPEN TO THE COMMUNITY
 
Beyond Balance
Mondays, 1-2 PM in the Family Life Center  

This class will improve your balance, flexibility, strength, and endurance. Most exercises can be done sitting or standing with some walking. Meditation will be introduced in this class. Wear comfortable clothing. Shoes are optional, but no flip flops! Bring a towel and water.  Hands weights are optional.  

 
Dynamic Yoga
Mondays, 6-7 PM in the Family Life Center   
Dynamic Yoga is a more athletic style of Vinyasa Yoga. Vinyasa simply means flow, so each pose flows into the next. Prepare to work up sweat! Hand weights may be used for a portion of this class (1, 2 or 3 lb. weights are recommended). Wear comfortable clothes. No shoes! Bring water, a towel and yoga mat.
*Childcare will be provided but must be scheduled ahead of time.
